== Arguments ==

:filepointer

::Pointer to a file as returned by fopen and such.

== Return ==

:non-zero value if end-of-file, 0 otherwise.

== Description ==

:Tests the end-of-file indicator for the specified file. If the file is at the end-of-file, then it returns a nonzero value. If it is not at the end of the file, then it returns zero.
